BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
For the past 14 years Andrea has been providing individual and team coaching to directors, senior and middle executives from a variety of organisations. She also develops leaders as coaches. In addition, Andrea facilitates personal mastery and transformation workshops for blue chip clients around the world – specifically, in the financial, mining, and oil and gas sectors in South Africa; the manufacturing sector in Europe and the financial sector in the U.S.A. Her distinctive expertise lies in working with senior executives and groups to develop their capacity for insight, choice and action around their most difficult issues.

Prior to this Andrea was Progamme Director of Corporate Customised Skills at the Wits Business School, South Africa where she consulted, designed and facilitated in-company programmes aimed at building leadership competence. Previously as senior consultant at Gemini Consulting, she focused on the areas of marketing and strategy in the FMCG and Telecommunications industries, in the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Andrea has a BA (psychology, drama and economics) from Wits University and an MBA (cum laude) from Wits Business School, Johannesburg, and Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago, where she won the gold medal as top student. She holds the Diploma in Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery from the Newfield Network. In 2004 Andrea was one of seven South Africans selected by a premium international consulting firm to participate in a four month global facilitator of transformation development programme. She is certified to facilitate MBTI, and is accredited as a lead facilitator by Gita Bellin and Associates, Australia. In addition, she is an active learner in Dialogue and Process Work.

Andrea is on the board of Soul City, a prominent Southern African health and education NGO.
