Dr. Cynthia Heller Alt is a senior
executive coach with Executive Coaching Network, Inc. (EXCN).
Cynthia has over 14 years consulting to both Fortune 200
companies and entrepreneurs. Her proficiency in leadership
development, organizational assessment, team building, and
strategic planning has led to measurable results in
productivity, quality, turnover, and customer satisfaction. Her
executive coaching experience has focused on aligning individual
and organizational goals in order to maximize productivity and
improve processes. Her coaching successes have resulted in
measurable results for not only the individual but the company
as well.
Prior to joining EXCN, Cynthia worked as Vice President of
Organizational Development for Bankers Trust, Mortgage Services
Group. In that role she provided strategic organizational
support ranging from executive coaching, leadership training,
culture change, and business alignment efforts. Other internal
experiences include overseeing culture change and leadership
development in a manufacturing environment and conducting
leadership research for the US Government.
Additional experiences include employee reward programs and
senior executive program development, including succession
planning and training. Cynthia has consulted with executives on
strategic planning, organizational development, and business
alignment initiatives. In addition to being an expert “stand-up”
presenter herself, Dr. Alt has helped several clients improve
their presentation skills.
Cynthia received her Ph.D. from the California School of
Professional Psychology in 1993. Her dissertation focused on
ways to induce creativity in the work environment. She is an
adjunct faculty member of Alliant International University’s
Marshall Goldsmith School of Management teaching graduate
courses in Organization Theory, Business Principles and Change
Management. She is a member of the Worldwide Association of
Business Coaches and the American Society of Training and
Development.
