BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Holly Chrzanowski is an Executive Coach with Executive Coaching Network, Inc. (EXCN). She consults with and coaches a variety of levels of management to develop action plans to successfully achieve strategic business goals. She helps to build and develop organizations via management coaching, organizational development, and training.

Holly’s career spans over 18 years during which she has worked both internally for Human Resources organizations and as an external consultant for national and multi-national companies. She has worked extensively with the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and High Technology industries. Working with research management teams, Holly has helped to build strong organizations, identify barriers and resolve difficult problems in order to meet milestones. She has facilitated focus groups to define corporate culture and conducted teambuilding sessions to improve cross-functional teams. She has co-developed, implemented, and delivered multiple management training programs. Her proficiency in leadership development, organizational assessment and team building has led to measurable results in productivity, achievement of goals, and customer satisfaction.

Holly is also active in community service. She has served as a Board Member for the Southern Caregiver Resource Center in San Diego, CA. Contributing to Nonprofit Management Solutions in San Diego, she has developed and delivered leadership training. She has also been a leadership coach and consultant to the Executive Director of a California based non-profit organization that delivers programs to at-risk youth.

Holly studied at the University of Salzburg in Salzburg, Austria and at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, CA. She holds a BA in Political Science with a focus in International Relations. She has also completed post-graduate studies at the University of San Diego in San Diego, CA.
