BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Tomas has been a member of core Human Resource teams in multinational
companies where he gained much of his expertise. His professional career
includes American Express Company, Xerox Corporation and Ford Motor
Company where he had been involved in coaching situations for functional
leaders in projects involving restructuring, reengineering and change
management. As part of leadership and competencies assessment programs in
those companies Tomas coached senior leaders on topics related to
interpersonal effectiveness, conflict resolution and management
development. His hands on experience in multinational subsidiaries gives
him a thorough understanding on how to achieve results through
multicultural - virtual teams.
Early in his career, Tomas worked for a local consulting company as
junior partner in the Organizational Development process for Warner
Lambert, Bimbo, Volkswagen, Union Carbide, among others.
Tomas completed his a BA in Psychology and Advanced Management
Programs at Cornell University and IPADE.
He is a founding Council member for the newly created International
Clinical Coaching Organization and a member of the International Society
for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). He is also an
accredited practitioner with Insights.
