BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
Roger D. Lehman is an executive coach with Executive Coaching Network,
Inc. (EXCN). He has provided executive coaching to multinational and
global corporations, non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies
for more than 25 years.
Specializing in leadership development and the creation of high
performing executive teams, Roger has enabled many senior executives and
management teams to improve their effectiveness as leaders and designers
of change within their companies. His focus on developing identified “high-potentials”
has enabled his clients to improve retention and to tap into an
often-overlooked resource of creativity and contribution within their
organizations.
Roger holds adjunct faculty positions at both INSEAD and HEC-Paris
where he has co-designed and co-directed the newly created and highly
successful International Degree Program in Coaching and Consulting for
Change, a joint-venture executive education program offered by INSEAD and
HEC–Paris. Prior to joining EXCN, Roger had a position as a Visiting
Associate Faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in
South Africa where he taught in the MBA, executive, and company-specific
programs on a regular basis.
Roger has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, as well as qualifications as
a psychoanalyst from the Sigmund Freud Institute (Frankfurt, Germany). His
unique personal background combined with his professional training have
enabled him to be most successful in the translation of the concepts and
insights drawn from the clinical perspective to direct the application for
individual, team, and organizational dynamics.
